Looking for some custom programming on you piece of equipment, or need to have an existing program updated? I can help you as my experience with the Allen-Bradley PLC platforms dates back to about 1980. Back at that time we were limited on the choice of equipment but today many of the older A-B platforms exists as well as the newest ones. I have experience on the PLC-5, SLC family and ControlLogix processor families. I have also worked with various A-B HMI's across various networks. Speaking of networks I have worked with serial, Data Highway Plus, Remote I/O, DeviceNet, ControlNet and Ethernet communications.

I retired from ArcelorMittal Dofasco Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada at the end of 2008 where I was a Controls and Drives Systems Senior Analyst. In this position I lead projects and created programming for both new and old systems as well as data and control transfer and manipulation across various platforms. My responsibilities included training others and during this time I created and taught various courses.

Since 2008 I have been an instructor at Mohawk College of Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada where I have been teaching PLC's as well as an Industrial Drives Certificate program of which I created the three drive level courses.
